Here & Now ππ
For a while, I used to think that we all did everything for nothing as we all die eventually.
Why should we do all these things if we are going to die anyway?
With those thoughts, we start to think negatively about everything. We lose interest and excitement in everything. and eventually get depressed. and then you kind of wait till you die.
Isn't it quite dark?
So, I was like that. and when I looked at the outside world, I felt like it was too much for me. Even though those thoughts were separate, all of the negativities eventually came together. Negativity attracts more negativity. and didn't even want to escape as the thought of dying eventually was stuck in my mind.
But here's the thing:
Yes, we die. That's a fact. But why do we have to build our whole lives on it? We worry too much about the future and the past. and forget the most important moment.
It's this moment,
the present
Be in this moment.
Live in the present moment.
Feel this moment.
Even being conscious about typing these things on the screen makes me feel like I'm living; it makes me happy—not too much, not too little, just the right amount.
So I'm 21 years, 10 months, and 28 days old today.
If I'm about to die this evening...
I don't care. Well, why should I?
PS: This doesn't mean that I'm not afraid of death or ready to die. That's a separate thing, folks.
sending love
